The Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2021 (the “Form 10-Q”) of Growth Capital Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) could not be filed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because the Company needs additional time to complete its financial statements and its review of such financial statements. The Company is working diligently to complete the Form 10-Q as soon as possible and expects to file such report within five calendar days hereof.
